WHAT IS the DESIGN CONSULTING service?
The perfect way for us to get to better know our clients and their needs, this free Design Consultation serves as the initial meet and greet for each project.
We take this opportunity to have an in-depth conversation with the client to understand the project budget, goals and establish a realistic timeline. This consultation also allows MEM Interiors to conduct a thorough walkthrough of the space.
what is included?
MEM Interiors' involvement in the projects begin as early as preliminary space planning and coordination with architects/contractors and we project manage each project all the way to the end. We ensure that our design and vision is executed properly to both, ours and the client's satisfaction, and end each project with a final staging for our clients. This allows for ease of transition into space after construction is complete.
Because each project is unique in size and scope of work, a retainer is issued for an overall project to be paid in installments.
