This option is for those clients in search of a complete Interior Design experience. Perfect for those interested in doing full renovations or remodels to their homes and spaces.
With this service, the client gets to take the back seat and let us take lead on the implementation and execution of the design and project management of it all. Residential, Commercial, Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality- we design all types of spaces.
what is included?
MEM Interiors' involvement in the projects begin as early as preliminary space planning and coordination with architects/contractors and we project manage each project all the way to the end. We ensure that our design and vision is executed properly to both, ours and the client's satisfaction, and end each project with a final staging for our clients. This allows for ease of transition into space after construction is complete.
Because each project is unique in size and scope of work, a retainer is issued for an overall project to be paid in installments.
